We have 9 rooms, all en-suite, with TV and tea making facilities. We have twin and double bedded rooms or “small family” rooms with a double plus a single bed.   Our “large family room” consists of 2 connected rooms, one with one double bed and one with two, plus a bathroom. Rates for Bed & Breakfast £40 per night for single occupancy £55 per night for double occupancy £70 per night for triple occupancy
